Permanent, Full-Time, Monday through Friday with Benefits

The Position

The position is within our Customer Care Department. The successful candidate will interact directly with the viewers and supporters of the It’s A New Day program. They will process orders, answer inquiries and provide information and other related activities. Experience in the above areas would be an asset.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be a High School graduate that has great oral communication skills. They will be friendly, outgoing, have an aptitude towards solving problems and be detail oriented. They will have basic computer skills with experience using Windows programs. Other computer skills would be a definite asset. Some clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and composing and mailing letters will be required. The successful candidate must work well with minimal supervision.
